➢ In charge of Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Membership Services Project➢ Handle customer feedback/high profile of complaints (CEO/management complaint)➢ Perform investigations of error made by Customer Service Representative and write an investigation report of full case findings➢ Assist with inbound calls (ticketing& reservation matters/membership query) during high call volume➢ other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leader

➢ answering, screening and transferring calls➢ attend to visitors and sit in guest or client for meeting➢ filing, scanning and photocopying of documents➢ assist lawyers in drafting, amending letters upon request (trade mark department)➢ covering receptionist job when receptionist is not around (i.e.: on leave)➢ arrange for courier services➢ arrange meeting room booking for lawyers➢ assist in some litigation work (eg. File opening for new cases, issue invoice etc.)➢ and other ad-hoc duties

➢ Attending pre-flight briefing prior taking off.➢ Conduct pre-flight check on safety equipment➢ Assist in boarding, disembarking of meet and assist passenger➢ Direct passengers in case of an emergency➢ Briefing of passengers of the emergency exit door operation➢ Administer first aid to passengers, when needed.➢ Hot and serving meals to passengers➢ Help in fixing bassinet during flight.➢ Conduct in-flight duty free sales to passengers
