Duties and Responsibilities-Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal and advisory opinions and other documentation covering Partnership agreements, MOU, marketing and others.-Provide legal support, advisory and guidance to the business and a wide range of issues such as data protection,regulatory compliance and managing the implementation of relevant changes as required by the business.-Provide support in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks that may affect the business.-Conducting legal research on specific legal areas.-Promote and facilitate resolutions of disputes through mediation and Litigation.-Managing external advocates through proactive interactions and correspondences. -Provide supporton regulatory projects for the approval and licensing for the business and liaison with relevant regulators.-Review and monitor internal policies and ensure that are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirement.-Record all claims transactions including appointment of partners and investors.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Drafting agreements, contracts, leases, pleadings, legal opinions, and any other legal documents and ensuring they are duly executed. • Conduct legal research on various areas of law as may be assigned by the Partner. • Overseeing filing and maintenance of intellectual property applications and/or registrations. • Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate transactions. • Participate in client meetings and obtained all the relevant information and documentation. • Negotiating settlements for clients and drafting settlement agreements. • Coordinating and directing a team of pupils at the firm, dealing with significant problems as required, and/or mentored and supervising their work on specific assignments. • Updated clients on their matters on a timely manner.• Maintaining records of case files and updating clients on court processes. • Safeguarding departmental documents and records to ensure the confidentiality of information. • Communicating and updating Clients on the progress of their files.
