ChopRoom is a competitive cooking venue that brings companies together for team building. With five teams of six, each group is given three surprise ingredients that they must use to create an appetizer and an entree. The cooking sessions are timed and the final products are judged. Teams are given the opportunity to lead, follow, communicate, make decisions, find solutions, be creative, and so much more! I plan, manage, and facilitate team building events that are tailored to each customer’s needs. Post-events, I review and analyze with company leaders to evaluate success and identify opportunities for growth, creativity, and efficiency on future events. I also manage the day-to-day aspects of the business, from marketing to finance, sales to HR. My goal is to provide a team building environment that is not only successful but also memorable.

Plan, execute and evaluate public affairs efforts for organization. Provide public affairs advice, counsel and support for senior staff and directors. Manage communications via all media outlets (print, radio, television, web), news interviews, press conferences.

Perform long range mission planning, calculating weather conditions, flight routes, and fuel requirements for C-130s. Provide active, real-time command and response during flights, including re-routing due to air traffic control or weather deviations, determining optimal approaches/departures and assuring terrain clearances. Also, compute safe and accurate release points of personnel and equipment into active drop zones.

Produced national art fair drawing 450K visitors annually. Promoted commercial business district of Uptown, Minneapolis by developing and coordinating various fundraising events. Managed all marketing efforts for the non-profit business association.

Organized and oversaw all multicultural events and promotions for annual Festival. Led multi-cultural committee to coordinate events that drew over 350,000 visitors annually.

Managed public relations efforts for annual international soccer tournament attracting 15,000 spectators.
