As one of the biggest international brand UNIVERSAL's Sample merchandiser, the works must be done as following:1. Communicate with designer in America and production manager in China about the furniture samples drawings, and make sure the drawings can become the real object to show customer in finally.2.According to the designer's drawings, choose suitable hardware( handle,knob,hinge....), marble, leather,frabic with purchasing department.3.After finshed the group of whitewood furniture, invite them to our company and review the samples with them together. If customer want to make some changes, will take notes,then advise production department to revise them.4.Ask AKZO to make color panel for our customer, then send them to check, if it's ok, we will well keep the color panel and advise AKZO to paint the whitewood.5. Pass the cartons size to purchasing department and ask them to order boxes.6. Load and ship all of samples to USA showing room on time.
