• Lead pharmacy cost of health care and specialty drug management program strategy planning and implementation for commercial and medicare membership; • Lead pharmacy account management, RFP and ASO product and pricing strategy to support member growth and retention goals;• Lead Pharmacy product, network and benefit offering for Commercial and Medicare markets• Lead pharmacy analytics strategy to document pharmacy benefit program value and outcomes• Lead PBM financial and guarantee contract negotiation and management• Lead Medical benefit drug rebate contracting strategies• Lead pharmacy marketing and communication team to support pharmacy business objectives• Serve as pharmacy liaison to actuary to support trend forecast and modeling

• Responsible for pharmacy benefit management strategy development and implementation in 6 million Medicare, Medicaid, Individual business members• Develop strategic plans to implement new pharmacy products and trend management programs to help meet cost of care and membership target• Work with health plan and PBM teams to monitor and ensure all client contract deliverables are met• Collaborate with medical management and disease management divisions to develop integrated pharmacy and medical programs to improve overall cost of care• Work closely with actuary and clinical analysis teams to document pharmacy program ROI and develop product pricing strategy• Work with marketing and communication teams to develop sales message and pharmacy value proposition• Support Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Value assessment Committee formulary strategy development• Support NCQA/HEDIS program implementation and disease management initiatives• Monitor and implement CMS and state compliance requirements and support client audits coordination• Support system consolidation and membership migration projects• Support RFP development and membership retention initiatives

• Oversee the PBM clinical analysis unit to provide consultative analyses on benefit design and program strategies and measure clinical program impact/ROI using pharmacy and/or medical data for all client types• Work with pharmaceutical company clients to design and perform research analyses to meet annual pharma target revenue• Work with Sales to develop value proposition, pricing strategies and clinical guarantees for PBM clinical products and services• Serve as subject matter expert for Request for Proposals (RFPs) team related to book of business trends and benchmarks, clinical program offerings and successes, client claim file pricing, network and MAC savings analyses, clinical program and benefit design recommendations and projected savings• Participate in client finalist presentations and assists with winning key PBM accounts• Design pharmacy trend models to report and monitor global business and client-specific trends• Responsible for analytic product development: analytic tools, trend publications, ROI models & calculators, predictive modeling• Serve as clinical data consultant and liaison for actuary, finance and networks to support pharmacy trend forecast
