Uyen βWinnβ Khuong is the Founder and Executive Director of ATNJ and ATNJEF. She is a refugee from Vietnam who immigrated to the US in 1980. Awards and Honors include: We Are EMILY Award from EMILYβs List, Women's March NJ 2018, Senator Menendezβs Evangelina Menendez Trailblazer Award, Community Service Award from the American Muslim Council, and the Breaking Barriers Award from CAIR-NJ. She serves on the Steering Committee of Rising Stars at the Eagleton Institute and on Governor Murphyβs Diversity and Inclusivity Council. She previously proudly served on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters NJ and the Board of Advisors for NJ State Unity PAC. Speaking Engagements include Women's March 2017, 2018; March for Our Lives 2018, Kean University, Ramapo College, Rutgers University.
