I am a visionary leader with excellent organizational skills from initiation to completion. I use systems in place to establish protocol and monitor those systems for efficiency. I am resourceful with excellent work ethic, self-motivated, always seeking ways to improve and learn new skills. I would like to use these skills to become a principal of a school, rich in traditions, where rigor happens, attendance is perfect, and students, parents, and teachers have fun learning. This place of high expectations where misbehavior is never an issue is full of scholars engaged in activities that will result in high levels of achievement. In addition to the strong core content areas, students will enjoy the arts, learn a second language, use state-of-the-art technology, and engross themselves in the discovery of project-based learning. Annually, they will participate in Science Fair, History Fair, and Young Author's Book Fair. Teachers will always link learning to the real world, include real life experiences, and make connections to our global society.
