Hello! I’m Winnye Tu, a law student at Creighton University, pursuing my Juris Doctor. I hold dual B.A.s in Film & Media Studies and Political Science from UC Irvine, which allows me to approach legal challenges with both analytical depth and creativity.As the 1L representative of the Asian and Pacific Islander Law Society, I’m committed to building connections through networking events and outreach initiatives. I also tutor English and Math, crafting lesson plans that empower students and boost their confidence.I volunteer with Asians and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California, supporting their mission and assisting with fundraising efforts. My experience in client service at Banfield Pet Hospital enhanced my communication and organizational skills, which I find invaluable in a legal context.While I’m still exploring my specific interests in law, I’m passionate about advocating for underrepresented communities and making a positive impact.
