Serving as a Process Assistant (PA) my second promotion this year! Hands on assistant to Area managers with duties including, but not limited to... Completing standard work board, GEMBA walk and board, Completing TOT, VTO/VET access, Pre Shift standard work, ensuring floor is set for Sortation and Pick and Stage, commitment to leadership and engaging and encouraging of AAs, providing guided coaching as well as adapts where needed, safety walks and continuous contributions on how to improve safety in certain areas, help with standard work operations, assisting in running Pick and Stage and Sort, and of course still assisting in path where needed.

Served as a Learning Trainer for Amazon after coming off the same role in a seasonal position. Office management for everything Learning including running a crew of Ambassadors 6 to 12 at a time. Training and leading my Ambassador team in the proper ways of training, running NH classes, and being the front line in any types of training for all Amazon associates old and new. Taking learning calls for the station, front line in communications for everything Learning. ensuring the station is compliant with any trainings in progress. Keeping constant contact with all Area and Regional Learning leads. Keeping track of completed trainings including specific level trainings such as TDR process and any critical role process that require hands on and material training. Deep diving problems and coming up with the best solutions for both the associates and company within policy. Includes working with computers mostly Windows spreadsheets, dashboards, and creating Excel sheets and Word documents. Also deals with creating badges, counting inventory, and engagement with associates and management.

I have served time as a seasonal learning trainer for my site this past year running from September 2021 to January 1st, 2022. More of an office role dealing with training on all ends of the board from Management to Teir 1 Assoicates. Making sure training is done and completed, running training classes, and guiding new and old Assoicates in their role and ensuring safety and any obstacles that are faced are deep dived, dealt with, and in the end come up with a final solution. Engagement among associates and management. Badge management, inventory, and front line of any training that comes to the station.

Akron Rubber Ducks is a reoccurring seasonal role I have worked for the past eight years going on nine. My duties there have included a variety of roles including cashier work in concessions, picnic management assistant, to my current role of Beer Portable manager. My duties require me to be able to keep an accurate account of inventory for my stand. Balance and maintain money counts from start to finish. Providing the best customer experience for all of our patrons.

I have assisted in running a Retail Chain for 3yrs. Duties include opening and closing of store, receiving and unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, checking in vendors, entering check in data to upload to computer, counting and sorting cash registers, bank deposits, casher, sorting and changing end caps and displays, in charge of at least 6 associates at a time.

In charge of backroom inventory, unload trucks, picked and pulled stock to floor, count backroom stock to keep order up to date, set backroom up for inventory, casher when needed and stocked merchandise on floor when needed. Input data on inventory guns to upload to computer system.
