Leading multiple programs in several countries, from pre-sales through project start-up and delivery, to the ongoing performance monitoring and sustainment phase.π²ππ πΉπππππππππππππππSuccessfully led and completed large scale projects in KSA, UAE and other regions in EMEA and APAC (over $12 million dollars annually), overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and solution design to implementation, site acceptance (SAT) and final delivery.Account Director for all strategic CSIM and C2 accounts in UAE, KSA and Kuwait including ADMCC, Emaar, Ministry of Interior, Dubai Police, PIF Tower, KAFD, Kuwait National Guard and others.Led pre-sales activities and pioneered new formats for RFP and Technical Proposal; resulting in successful proposals and increased win rates of 30% within 2 years.Led the collaboration with major vendors in the industry, such as Milestone, Pelco, Avigilon, Honeywell, Hikvision, Genetec, Lenel, Nedap and other industry leaders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systems.Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively managing diverse teams of project managers, solution architects, and developers across global projects.As the Head of Support, I led the implementation of a new support portal to ensure appropriate resolution of all service calls within the agreed resolution time. Pivotal in increasing the maintenance revenue by 38% year-on-year for the past 3 years.Implemented PMO structures, streamlined processes, and enhanced performance measurement to increase project efficiency by 40% and increased team retention by 90%.Keeping the profitability and interests of the Company in the forefront.
