Graduated from University of Newcastle, Winson has over 15 years of experience working as Architectural Graduate/ Senior Designer, Project BIM Lead, BIM coordinator & BIM Manager in building & construction industry.Winson has been involved in both public/ government as well as private/ individual client based projects, ranging from $50,000 to $100 million plus. He has exposed to wide variety of building/ project types including retail & office fitouts, single & multi dwelling residential, mixed used development, sports & recreation (resorts & extension to stadium), infrastructure & transport, aged care (senior & retirement living), community & healthcare as well as education.Experience and specialized producing documentation in most stages of projects, from Feasibility/ Schematic Design, Development Application, Construction Certificates and Documentation, Tender package as well as Contract Administration.Trained in AutoCAD and Revit and equipped with knowledge of Aconex and Newforma project document management system, Winson works well independently as well as part of team environment. In addition, being part of BIM role in current organization will bring great asset through quality, passion, commitment and efficiency.With certification in BIM Management and experiences in BIM projects, Winson able to develop BIM Management & Execution Plan (BMP & BEP) for the projects as well as managing & implementing BIM capabilities/ methodologies in AEC cloud platform like BIM 360 & ACC to the projects.
