By supporting underrepresented speaker travel expenses, Support Inclusion in Tech (SiNC) helps C-suite leaders and the WordPress ecosystem embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion worldwide.SiNC goes beyond inclusion - it's about achieving a "fifth freedom": a truly open and accessible tech environment for everyone. Its work has a global reach, helping send speakers from five continents to open-source conferences, called WordCamps, worldwide in 2023. Ongoing engagement is fueled with 2 targeted newsletters. Held WordPress events in NYC (both online & in-person) to create a space for learning and discussion of open source software. A combination of individually and jointly organized, these events featured speakers and attracted over 2,300 registrants – that's a lot of folks learning and discussing all things WordPress.30 plus events were held in person at venues including WeWork Times Square, Microsoft and Google offices. For those who couldn't make it IRL, over 40 online events were held via Zoom. Over 800 awesome members registered for in-person events, and more than 1400 for online (proving WordPress love knows no distance!)Engagement with our community was fostered through event registration comments. The total number of comments are more than 1100 reflecting lively discussions and a fun community. Drafted two-page document for public hearings synthesizing the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Rebuild By Design Hudson River Project.

Graduate intern. Identified intersections at schools where fatalities and injuries occurred by analyzing NYC Police Crash Reports (MV104s). Data used for vision zero initiatives. Completed internship project.Provided detail oriented database to launch RRFB pilot study of uncontrolled intersections adjacent to all schools. Accompanied planners on field visits to Bronx and Staten Island. Fall Fellow. Trained dozens of volunteers working for New Jersey Assemblyman Jerry Green on effective techniques for get-out-the-vote calls.Oversaw the largest New Jersey HQs staff sponsored GOTV (get-out-the-vote) phonebank through my outreach to 800 African American New Jersey voters. Led bus of New Jersey residents to Philadelphia, PA to canvass on election day. Directed Obama supporters to their correct polling locations.

Recruited as a writer for knowledge of real estate, community development and land use. Creative and skilled with simplifying complex topics like Urban Agriculture, Community Development and Economic Development and commercial Real Estate for the public. Wrote articles on these topics.

Compiled data about Washington D.C. reporters and Tennessee media networks. Conducted online research on health and housing in Baltimore, MD and outreach to potential coalition member about formation of a Housing Trust Fund (HTF) in Baltimore, MD.
