Developed and supported one of AA DriveTech's biggest projects, DriverAware, which consists of multiple applications both windows and web based.Helped direct the best way to implement agile development methodology across the DriverAware project. Using Team Foundation Server, created a work flow from approving work items through to development and testing and final sign off.With support moving out of our team, reduced a number of IT dependant tasks within the DriverAware project by implementing solutions and improving business processes to allow the client services team to handle these tasks. Other IT tasks that cannot be handed over, created safe procedures to allow support staff to complete these tasks and efficiently and quickly reducing the cost of BAU booked against project.Scoped and developed the new public facing booking site for DriverAware. Being involved in raising business benefits and high level requirements to back up the funding for the project. Whilst using an agile approach to develop this project, created the user stories and worked with a 3rd party company, who designed the user experience, to give a clear direction of where the project. Used a web responsive approach to implement a mobile and desktop friendly user experience.

Programming in ASP.NET 3.5 with C# to develop the main reporting website for Opel/Vauxhall dealerships across Europe. This uses a SQL Server database using Stored Procedures and Functions to present the data. This involved complying with a set form of coding standards.Being involved across the whole product lifecycle from planning to maintenance and support. This relates mostly to the Opel/Vauxhall project where Agile methodologies were used to deliver to project. After the completion of the web application continuous support and improvements are always being made to the system. Developing technical specification documents for other team members to develop and add additional functionality to the existing web application whilst providing support throughout the development.Created an intranet based website on the ASP.NET MVC2 technology. This involved using Jquery, AJAX and JSON as the client side language and a mix of Linq to SQL and SQL Server Stored Procedures to fetch data from the database.Working in Support and Maintenance maintaining a Live Reporting website focused at reporting to over 10000 dealerships across Europe.
