Sr. Manager Sourcing Operations
Current- Provides sourcing advice and consults with leadership team to set short-term strategic direction and operating plans for a typically small to medium complex market/manufacturing operation. - Drives/ensures the integration of Sourcing’s business processes for assigned commodities or business into the client’s business requirements, including acquisitions/ divestitures. - Responsible for cost reduction, cash improvement opportunities, supply risk management, and sourcing initiatives and tools. - Responsibility for management of accounts payable ledger or purchase order transaction management. - Negotiate highly complex sourcing contracts. Leads team(s) to manage external suppliers to deliver improved benefits to 3M. - Determines directions and priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of the assigned functional area. - Responsible for establishing and managing budgets- Provide accurate, meaningful and timely service performance reports- Set on example for the section through maintaining a high level of management credibility and ethical standards in working for the company- Country leader for SAP STP ( source to pay ) deployment in 2012
