I am an experienced Australian corporate and commercial lawyer. I have acted for a number of major corporations (both private and public) on a variety of sophisticated, high value transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, capital raising, asset leasing and financial services advice. In 2013, I established Evolve Lawyers.
