-Research on financial markets and corporate companies, and provide advisory services based on investment requirements of individual clients.-Enhance clients’ wealth by tailoring investment portfolios via the use of financial instruments including Unit Trusts, Bonds, Equity-Linked Notes, Currency Investments, Leveraging and Portfolio Financing. -Cultivate banking and investment relationships with clients by establishing and maintaining rapport with existing-to-bank and new-to-bank clients.-Attend to clients’ service requests and complaints, personally liaising with multiple channels and business partners on a concurrent basis to ensure speedy resolutions.-Conduct Know-Your- Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks whenever necessary, to determine customers’ source of funds and source of wealth before onboarding them to the bank.-Raise Suspicious Transactions Reports (STR) to the relevant compliance teams upon encountering customers with dubious fund origins or possess questionable motives for account openings. -Conduct Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) checks on customers who open accounts with unusually large sums of money, have Suspicious Transactions Reports (STR) lodged against them, or are related to Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).-Collate and original sight all relevant documents, to facilitate the opening of all CASA (Current Accounts and Saving Accounts) and investment accounts for both onshore and offshore clients.

-Solely responsible for servicing company’s entire portfolio of Institutional clients with Assets under Management in excess of S$850 million. -Personified “One-stop solution” service for clients by liaising with various in-house and overseas business partners and steadfastly overseen assignments from start to completion to ensure the swift and comprehensive resolution of all operational issues and service lapses. -Augmented presentation kits for Senior Sales Managers and reports for clients by processing and comparing fund performance and statistical data collated via data analytics software including Bloomberg and Morningstar. -Coordinated with business partners on the preparation and dissemination of notices to unit-holders on corporate action events such as Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting and Dividend announcements for affected Funds.-Assisted in coordinating administrative and logistical requirements for corporate and marketing events such as Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, Investment Seminars and Fund Launches. Collated and broadcasted final results to relevant business partners.-Tabulated and prepared periodic reports for disclosure of financial information to regulatory agencies.-Assisted Senior Sales Managers to conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks on onshore and offshore institutional clients during onboarding process; unwrapping the ownership structure to determine the underlying shareholders.-Liaised with company directors and secretaries to collate original and certified true copies of relevant documents for investment accounts setup.
