Sheikh Suroor Bin Moh’d Al Nahyan. prestigious mixed development project comprising of 398 keys 5 Star Hotel, 200 Furnished apartments, Offices, retail, and 800 unfurnished residential units. (Etihad Towers Development). Specific duties included the formulation of the main construction contract and agreement of all other sub consultant/construction contracts. Responsible for construction budget/cost issues, consultant & contractor payment/variations/claims. Consultant fee invoice processing (including Hill Int.). Also issuing and responding to contract correspondence and review of weekly/monthly reports and correspondence to be sent. Impart knowledge to less experienced team members.Acting leader of Hill International Team in absence of Project Director.

Member of the Project Manager’s contract administration team on Thames tunnel section of the CTRL Project. ECC Target Contract. Checking entitlement and production of interim applications; valuation of contract change; ensure compliance with project procedures; administration of contract damages & contra-charges. (2004-2005)Pre contract lead project cost engineer for the redevelopment of king's Cross underground station. ECC Option B (Bill of Quantities). Responsible for the delivery of estimates, cost plan, bills of quantities and pre-contract tender documentation for the complete works (in two Phases). Extensive civils works including major sewer diversions, bored and cut & cover tunnels. (2001-2004)Cost Engineer for Public Enquiry to Camden Town Underground Station. Creating cost information for direct presentation to the enquiry. Including benchmarking other underground station developments. (2003) Member of the Technical Advisers team assisting London Underground Limited in studies in connection with a proposal to create a Public Private Partnership. Arup Industrial Consultancy (Civil, Structural, MEP ), UK & PolandSenior Quantity Surveyor/Team Leader Cost engineering team member for two new car plants, one in Poland and one in Thailand. FIDIC contract. Duties included estimating cost planning, benchmarking, value engineering, bills of quantities, tender evaluation, valuing Design Change Orders. Included visits to Poland during construction phase. (1998-2000) Project cost engineer for the MEP installations to the refurbishment of laboratories to a London medical college. JCT IFC contract.
