I am a retired Air Force veteran of 23 years with a 22 year history of support analysis in Logistics, Program and Finance for the Department of the Navy. I've provided Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements to coordinate contractual compliance with Aircraft and Airborne Weapon Systems funded via Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases valued in excess of $356B. I've established Obligational Authority (O/A) control over day-to-day disbursements used to secure the material and services necessary to sustain system relevance for cradle to grave development on European Union (EU) government assets. Military achievement reveal a history of exceptional contributions in the successful deployment of the first Ground Launched Cruise Missile Wing in Europe. Handpicked to assume the Maintenance Management post, I lead a failing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) facility to a functionally efficient foothold.
