More than doubled the average customer group size (from 176 to 450 employee lives), with churn rate of <2.0%.• Discontinued underperforming products and created new brand-distinguishing offerings, including a wellness advisory, Spanish translation, freemium tiered pricing strategy, and enhanced digital wellness content across blogs, webinars, and coach-led series.• Partnered with IT to enhance Hubbub’s mobile app. Changes included enabling push notifications, virtual wellness coaching, advanced navigation features, and the opportunity for employers to publish company wellness news directly to employees’ smartphones.
