Develops and directs training scenarios for contingency operations. Prepares detailed plans, budgets, and schedules for assigned programs. Assists the organization by evaluating modifications to existing plans in response to changing environments. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.

Operating the $35M C-130H weapon system worldwide; projecting combat power during Joint and combined tactical airlift operations. Cleared Top Secret security clearance & granted access to SCI. Participated in numerous international exercises with many of the Air Force’s Pacific partners. Trained Air Advisor (Tier II) and knowledgeable liaison officer with experience during several international and global execution exercises including a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff level III exercise.Took the strategic vision of executive leadership and swiftly developed detailed plans of action, guiding staff in the execution of groundbreaking organizational objectives. Resourceful and adaptable, exercising superb leadership and team playing skills with every assignment. Directed all executive functions, services, activities, authored correspondence, and performance reports/awards for the commander. Responsible for the Unit Control Center, coordinating all unit activities during emergency and exercise operations.

Led seven Unit Deployment Monitors and ensured over 150 personnel and $100k of equipment were constantly prepared for worldwide contingency operations. Designed and implemented integrated training programs in close collaboration with senior leadership, analyzing current training demands and devising innovative and appropriate solutions. Personally responsible for monthly mobility readiness reporting to the Pentagon, ensuring the squadron met all operational readiness requirements and tracking the operation and routine maintenance of assets valued in excess of $500M and over 300 personnel.

Responsible for daily operational and training mission planning cell activities and execution for 24 crews and 14 C-130H aircraft. Managed the squadron security program, ensuring over 150 members were trained and current on all security training and operations. Also led the squadron's radio/equipment program, acquiring over $30K in vital radio equipment and ensuring constant readiness for worldwide drop zone and landing zone operations.

Lead night shift in performing CTIA and A2LA certified cellular testing in anechoic chambers. Performed certification testing on a multitude of devices and technologies including GSM, CDMA, GPRS, WCDMA, Wi-Fi, WIMAX, Bluetooth, and antennas.

Trained to maintain/repair state-of-the-art equipment including intercept receivers, jamming devices, homing devices, chaff dispensers, panoramic receivers, direction finders, digital computer subsystems, and special purpose equipment.

Provided Help Desk services including: installation and configuration of Windows Systems, network management, customer Help Desk requests, hardware maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting. Out-of-office visits to customer offices to install and configure hardware and provide network installation and maintenance.
