I understand and appreciate the end-to-end customer journey and the role employees, differentiating products and services, and public perceptions play in it. The most valuable part of communications is knowing your audience. At Booz Allen Hamilton, I support the Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) Communications Team as the external stakeholder lead. OEHRM is a 16 billion dollar project underneath the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that is transforming healthcare for Veterans and revolutionizing healthcare for all. On a more personal note, I am a fitness enthusiast (there is not a class I won't take). Fitness fuels my assiduous mindset and is where I have found life long connections (LinkedIn punny?). I am a Kindle addict and am always eager for a new book. I keep the top of my summary section updated with what I am currently reading and I am always open to recommendations. My favorites include Harry Potter, The Great Gatsby, Gone Girl, Year One, and A Song of Ice and Fire. Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not make a hard statement to please reach out! I love meeting new people, expanding my network, and taking steps in new directions --- and on the upside, people say I am really fun.
