From an undergraduate in Mechanical Eng. background in manufacturing. Completed M.Sc. in Additive Manufacturing leading to revolutionary technology 3D-Printing manufacturing, successful project in metrology looking into a high resolution for passive-prosthesis of hand from NHS Leicester and correlation of 3D scanner (GOM ATOS III, Steinbichler Comet) with 3D Printer (EOS SLS, Z-corporation). This curiosity leads to Additive Manufacturing - PhD studies at the University of Warwick and awarded a prestigious scholarship from EPSRC. The University of Warwick is ranking 7 in the UK by QS rating after University College London - UCL. Research topic "3D-Printing of Complex lenses via Sol-gel Science." An investigation from tailor of material via sol-gel science to the formulation of synthesis with robust studies conducted: Thermal analysis (TGA, DSC, MS-TGA), molecular structural bonding (FT-IR), stability & ageing of molecules and Molecular characterisation (GPC). This significant study resulting to down-selection of ink. The paradigm of research to print complex lenses through inkjet printing, with the down-selected ink with the incorporation of dopant-ink. The Inkjet printing (IJP) used in this research DoD have a wide range of parameters (e.g. waveform) to get high-resolution droplets, monitoring of drops with the High-speed camera, topological (interferometry microscope), rheological measurements and Shape analyser. Furthermore, investigation in progress and novelty of the research into impacting contribution to the scientific society.
