While no longer available to the public, the service is currently being utilized exclusively by a software engineering and cyber security firm as a proprietary differentiator in their proposals for Department of Defense (DoD) and enterprise-level private sector organizations and clients.

BoomTown is a fast growing, web-based software company specializing in an end-to-end marketing solutions for the real estate industry including websites, custom CRM, and lead generation. Interim position to help build out internal recruiting efforts, strategy, and processes for this growing real estate technology company. Brought best practices and innovative approaches to help the company transition into the next stage of growth with a $20M capital investment and subsequent new headquarters here in Charleston.

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) has been providing applied technology, engineering, reliability, and education solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD), private industry, government organizations, and public entities for 40 years. As a founding member of the internal recruiting team, tasked with positioning LCE as an employer of choice within the Department of Defense (DoD), engineering, and reliability sectors through strong networking, marketing, and awareness campaigns. Established industry best practices and processes for the newly formed Software Development division, stood up Employee Engagement Program, and Project Management of multiple talent acquisition and retention initiatives.

Began learning the trade of homebuilding by keeping job sites clean, materials ready, and running supplies. Worked up to cut man, carpenter, finish carpenter, and project lead over the years. Primarily remodels and new home construction on Kiawah Island, but also had projects in Folly Beach, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Rock Hill, and Charlotte.
