• Perform physical tests on process materials and finished products including water activity, fat (NIR), viscosity (Brookfield), color, peanut allergen, particle size (micrometer/Microtrac)• Maintain established lab management practices (cleanliness, daily calibration of equipment, manage inventory of reagents and other lab supplies, etc.)• Prepare microbiological and environmental samples for external laboratory testing • Manage out of specification products via Warehouse Management System (WMS) and notified production and customer service for products out of specification • Ensure employees are following GMPs and report non-conforming findings such as cleanliness issues, malfunctioning equipment, foreign material findings, etc. to supervisors• Review documents from production floor and validate if operators are performing scheduled HACCP/magnet checks in RedZone• Validate test results to generate COAs and bill of ladings for outbound liquid loads • Initiate holds when foreign materials or contaminants are discovered and perform root cause analysis to investigate the source/origin

• Review documentation (spec sheets, bill of materials, flow charts, COAs, etc.) submitted for food, cosmetic, and nutritional products following internationally established Halal standards • Verify origins of ingredients (animal derivatives, source of vitamins/minerals, etc.) and request additional documentation from customers via phone or email• Organize and file completed customer profiles into physical and electronic databases

• Investigate media of red-light camera violations and cross evaluate processed citations from team• Individually process an average of 90 events per hour, clearing backlog
