I am a passionate innovator who believes in the transformative power of design to enhance people's lives, fuel their passions, and improve society and culture around the world. To bring about the positive change that individuals, brands and global economies so desperately need, one must apply a balance of passion, smart design principles, and empathy. I've spent the past two decades working with teams and clients across Asia, Europe and the Americas, in order to better understand the nuances of these cultures—to learn how storytelling and design-driven innovation can better capitalize opportunity and transformation behavior.Creative excellence is my driving motivation, but I’m just as passionate about encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration with my teams. This ongoing collaboration has allowed me to experiment over the years with different team building models, leading me to create a winning formula that’s proven extremely successful. Over my 23 year tenure at R/GA and Lippincott, I've had the chance to launch and reinvent some of the world’s iconic brands and to create innovative products and engaging campaigns for the likes of Nike, Samsung, Microsoft, Verizon, Barclays and McCormick.I find tremendous value in pushing clients to go beyond their comfort zones in order to drive the development of ground-breaking products, campaigns and social experiences.
