• Work with health care institutions statewide to advance climate solutions, plan for climate resilience, and support climate resilient communities.• Produced two publications related to community climate resilience and equity• Produced a city-specific sector-wide report analyzing energy use by hospitals, recommending actions for improvement and a sector-wide strategy for compliance with pending city climate regulations• Co-Chair a working group of the Boston Green Ribbon Commission, working with Boston’s health care community to support Boston’s climate goals.• Provide expertise to national and international health care industry clean energy and climate efforts.

• Served as an issue expert on renewable energy, leading and supporting initiatives across Ceres’ Investor Network (175 members, $29 Trillion AUM), Company Network (50+ member company, 75% Fortune 500) and Policy Network (BICEP) to drive private-sector climate leadership.• Developed and executed successful campaigns, utilizing investor and direct engagement strategies, securing over 80 climate & energy commitments to date from major US companies across industry sectors, including 100% renewable energy and science-based climate targets.• Turned confrontational shareholder filings with companies with into long terms collaborative relationships, including new Ceres network members.• Authored written pieces and spoke on conference panels to build the case for ambitious corporate climate leadership.

• Oversaw all aspects of Level Solar’s expansion to New York City (3 locations) and New England (2 locations).• Helped secure board and leadership buy in for expansion plans. Recruited launch teams, created and executed launch plans in 5 new markets.• Developed leaders, launched market teams, built new corporate systems, programs and trainings, made them scalable and then scaled them.

• Recruited and trained a team to launch two new markets in two months, successfully piloting a national expansion strategy for the company• Worked with a key national partner to conduct trainings and overhaul and align messaging, scripting and processes to improve customer experience and drive action

• Oversaw the company’s field marketing staff including canvassing and events-based outreach in two states as well as the rating and GIS team.• With my team of four managers and two coordinators, managed a team of over 200 staff who used grassroots organizing tactics including door-to-door and retail/event outreach to identify potential customers, diagnose appropriate energy savings measures and move them to action.• Built a financial model for my department, overhauling our model and scripting, training managers, and managing relationships with partners such as NRG Home Solar.• Promoted to Senior Director Jan 2015

• Built and led a team of 15 mission-driven clean energy ambassadors to help homeowners access Massachusetts' nation-leading energy efficiency programs, go solar, and electrify their heating and cooling.• Overhauled team culture, training, scripting, management and added in several product lines.

Managed Senator Chang-Díaz's re-election campaign from June through the Democratic Primary (she has no general election challenger). Managed a great team of staff and volunteers, won 76% of the vote in the primary!
