My name is Winter Brown and I am the lead educator at the Salon Professional Academy Appleton. Educating, coaching, and training professionals in this incredible industry is where I have built my life and legacy. In this position I have the unique ability to reach and touch people’s heart, minds, and bodies to assist them in the grand transformation to become who they are meant to be, to create their own legacy.I am an educator who believes Everyone is a ten, that when you see people as ordinary you turn the wine back into water.That conversation, coaching, and growth comes from intentional actions done on a daily basis.That it may seem like a small ripple impact but eventually a ripple creates a wave and waves can mold and transform the world for the better.That you bring your best and then some, and it’s the then some that makes the difference.That right and wrong do not exist, that it is simply closer or further away from the goal, or vision.That within every failure there is a lesson to be learned.That inspiration can be found anywhere but motivation comes from a strong understanding of your own ‘why’ or the ‘why’ of the individuals on your team. And when you involve yourself in the processes, no matter what step or length of commitment time, you evolve yourself as a leader, student, or human.
