Executive Assistant And Records Analyst
CurrentExecutive Assistant to Deputy City Manager and Records Management Officer. Handle all needs from project management, finance assistance including secondary bank approvals, records management and retention, Police Department evidence, technical support, budgetary items, scheduling, insurance claims, city council preparation and technical needs, and any other need beneficial to the municipal government. This is a very fast paced and detail oriented position. The role and task may switch in an instant and I have to be fully prepared to adapt and succeed. Staying organized, focused, and efficient is a primary skill preformed within this role.
