Our work is based on the belief that:The abilities that were necessary for success in the past two hundred years (logical, analytical, reasoning) are no longer sufficient for the modern world. They are still necessary, but they cannot stand alone. The abilities necessary today are those that help us see the big picture, not just a piece of the whole. As Daniel Pink states in "A Whole New Mind: Moving From the Information Age to the Conceptual Age", we have to master abilities that we have overlooked and undervalued.There are non- ordinary states of consciousness in which the past or future is glimpsed.Our universe is not static, it consists not of things, but of possibilities.We are intimately related to everything that exists.Our belief systems and thoughts cause us to feel and act the way we do.Our mind and habits will create either barriers or bridges to a better future.It is important to know what we believe (our paradigms) because we live our lives according to them.
