I was instrumental in transforming Gallup's eLearning offerings by leading the digital design of their flagship Boss to Coach course that redefined interactive learning standards. The course featured dynamic elements like animations, videos, gamification, resource rabbit trails, and a certification exam, all crafted to create an immersive experience.
