Co-founded "Sweet Thing”, a Toronto-based indie pop/rock group in 2005. Secured Canadian recording deal with EMI Music Canada in 2007, and played a key role in negotiating contracts with the label. Managed the day-to-day business of the band including liaising with management, EMI contacts, and legal representatives, as well as managing the band’s.

Coordinated delivery of all physical and digital assets to licensees, as well as managing the contract and broadcast material databases. Prepared all AV support for the sales team for the television markets, and serviced additional special audio/visual projects as required, including digitizing elements of our visual and A/V library.

Managed the home video department which included processing customer orders, managing the warehouse inventory, liaising with customers, shippers, and the DVD production facility. I also oversaw the creation and set-up of new DVD products, from initial encoding to final packaging. Managed the library of broadcast materials and database upkeep, and trained.

Processed all incoming shipments and their subsequent distribution to UO stores across Canada, as well as fulfilling wholesale orders on UO’s private label line. Managed working relationships with buyers, clients and shippers. Worked independently in Toronto, reporting directly to the Philadelphia head office.
