Sebastian was the principal (lead) software engineer. He headed both a local team and distributed team (based in Romania). He designed and implemented new functionality and he guarded the quality and consistency of the .NET codebase, for example by performing code reviews and designing and implementing test processes. He also coordinated technical contact with (international) (supply chain) partners such as hardware manufactures, staffing agencies and ERP-manufactures.In 2015 Sebastian finished a research to the IT-requirements for developing a SaaS-application that meets ATPS’s functional and non-functional requirements (including GDPR compliance).

As a team lead, Sebastian headed a team of 3 FTE and was responsible for the tactical and operational decisions concerning product design, build, quality and delivery. To improve quality and delivery, Sebastian automated builds with TFS, standardized product testing by employing both manual testing (T-Map) and unit testing and he formalized product analysis and design. Sebastian was responsible for developing a .NET web application for time and attendance, complementary to the existing Delphi desktop application. He developed a custom AJAX framework, based on XMLHTTP, to accommodate a highly responsive user interface.During this period, Sebastian has also worked on a proprietary project for access control at a German sister company for several short periods. He was assigned to the project for his knowledge and experience with asynchronous web development.
