Responsible for new vendor setup, all vendor compliance for labeling, ticketing, packing, review of product specs and construction quality for submission of pre-production and TOP samples to testing labs and retailers, including all forms and online submissions. WIP report follow up for all revisions to overseas suppliers for accurate on time performance and sample tracking. Work closely with design department and sales team to insure all specs are followed and needs are met for new design, sampling, and showroom merchandising.

Coordinate meetings, update calendar schedule, work directly with owner on all communications with clients, read, prioritize, and reply to all correspondence, review and redline/edit licensing agreements and contracts, work directly with accounting to insure on time quarterly royalty reports, review and edit vendor contracts, execute new vendor setups, process expense reports, coordinate travel arrangements, as well as write and place ads, review resumes, and arrange interview schedules, All office management responsibilities including supply inventory and ordering, copier, phone and overall office maintenance.

Coordinate between owner, client, design dept, overseas factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and domestic warehouses for on time manufacture, import and distribution to retailers. Work directly with owner/buying team and retail inventory analysts to plan all import shipments as well as domestic shipments to retailers. Maintain strict deadlines through vigilant daily follow up using Work in Progress reports for overseas and domestic offices.
