As part of helping to embed the DI business into Xchanging, I was given responsibility for Strategy and Sales within XTS as a mamber of the Senior Management Team. I created, designed, developed and led the programme deployment of XTS's Cloud strategy - The Service Delivery Framework (SDF), and saw the on-boarding of its first customers within the Insurance sector. In parallel I developed an Independent Software Vendor Programme as part of the SDF which saw the SaaS deployment of internal and 3rd party applications.
