Inventory management using Fiix CMMS software, boiler preventive maintenance.

It was a summer internship position. My job role was inventory management and work order analysis using Fiix CMMS software. Also I performed boiler preventive maintenance tasks.

Design, installation and commissioning of process/factory automation projects. Execution, installation & commissioning of migration projects. 1. FRBL (FACT Ambalamedu) SCADA Migration. Migration of existing SCADA in RSView32 to FactoryTalkView. SCADA system monitoring the entire plant having 6 PLCs was migrated successfully. 2. FRBL HMI PANEL DESIGN. HMI panel of make WECON was developed with software LeviStudio. 3. BPCL Industrial PC Reconfiguration. 4. Hindustan Latex HMI migration

Faculty in charge for the following streams 1. AutoCAD Electrical 2. Industrial Automation using PLC, SCADA, VFD (Omron, SIEMENS) 3. PCB Designing using OrCAD.Organizing various On-Campus & Off-Campus events, conducting Industrial Workshops & Internships.

Planning and scheduling of various KSEB projects and managing their implementation. Installation of remote terminal unit @ various KSEB substations all over Kerala in collaboration with SHNEIDER ELECTRIC and CROMPTON GREAVES. KEY RESULT AREAS: Handling end to end management of project deliverables. Managing and leading team members, allocating resources among team members & guiding team members during the project, till final delivery. Administering site supervisory staff so as to ensure safety & quality of project deliverables.
