Marcus Mayo's Win The Now® philosophy has been part of his life's work since 2005. Win The Now has been about creating culture and mindsets that will allow individuals and teams to maximize performance in the present moment at all times. What started many years ago as a football gridiron focused resource, Marcus, who is also a professional counselor and performance coach, has steadily been expanding Win The Now each year with his qualifications; becoming a mental performance resource to performers in all areas. While holding a Master's degree in Counselor Education, Marcus also holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and Humanities. A large amount of his work was focused on South and Southeast Asian studies and the study of Mindfulness and the benefits of applying Mindfulness and Meditation qualities to any part of life, including athletic performance. His life’s work with Win The Now and the education system has also included working with educators, students, coaches, student-athletes, and other working professionals to help maximize their performance outcomes.
