Previous work includes arranging the M&A transaction which led to the formation of BW Epic Kosan (combining Epic Gas and Lauritzen Kosan where I was CFO), separation of the J. Lauritzen into two separate entities including securing separate financing to each entity, debt capital raised in the Norwegian bond market and multiple financings of vessels.
