Led efforts to develop a fully integrated, marketing communications plan for Desaru Coast; Led creative design and copy-writing for digital and print assets, as well as internal and external communications, including website, social media, trade and community engagement; Brand guardian and responsible for CI and update of brand asset and collaterals; Conceptualization and execution of events; Overseeing digital marketing, influencer engagement, advertising, partnerships and sponsorship and stakeholder management while managing a team of 3 co-workers, 6 operating units within destination and multiple agencies for day-to-day operations

Main role being business development to work on tapping and open up new area: MICE. Also working on Partnerships and marketing for tactical promotions for traveling to Singapore. Others includes supporting in leisure areas like East Malaysia, cruise, Chinese segment and digital

Main role was doing Business development in two new markets, namely East Malaysia and cruise and develop tactical deals to encourage travel from these two new segments. Also involved in Bumiputera and Chinese segment, Penang, digital and healthcare - working on marketing and trade partnership

Client servicing and am leading accounts in various industry such as tourism, F&B, IT and property. Upon brainstorm and putting a blue print communications plan, I will then be in-charge of execution of the activities which ranged from interview pitching, press material drafting to media handling or event handling of a particular campaign. I also assist in pre-event facilitation such as obtaining quotes from various vendors and suppliers. Aside from being the official translator (Chinese) within the company, I will proof read and translate documents. I am assigned to tidy up and update the media rate card folder - an important asset to any PR company. Part of the job requirements include media monitoring and training-mentoring interns
