- Assisting personal cares for residents.

It was a job under time pressure, requiring the need to learn a lot of master dishes. Of course, it was necessary to provide the service at the highest possible level. I was employed as a cook, which is connected with preparing dishes strictly according to previously prepared patterns, starters, pizza and other Italian dishes, operating kitchen machines, cooperation with other kitchen staff and direct customer service. I was responsible for work in accordance with national food hygiene regulations, and therefore I had received relevant training.

- Manage / planning budget- Reporting budget, time table- Project management / involving 2 million pound budget (EU budget)- Project manager working with various schools, improving the quality within the area - Using specialised software.

- Creating training opportunities and promotional materials- Building long– term relationships, initial analysis of customer training needs- Collaborative working with trainers/teachers, conducting teaching- Organization and documentation of trainings, in including creating reports and summaries, monitoring tenders, preparing tender offers.

- As same as point number 3, 4 and:- ‘’We want to work as well – Professional activation of disable people’’, the project was targeted at 15 people with disabilities who were professionally inactive from the area of the Poviat Slupsk- Project management / involving 1 million pound budget (EU budget)- Training and courses for people, supervision over the correctly implementation of tasks in the project.

- Worked in the Organizing and Training Human Recourses Department- As same as point number 3, 4, 6, 7 and:- Project management of the ‘’Professional staff’’ (2006-2008)- Organizing stationary and external training, language courses, postgraduate studies- Project management / involving 1 million pound budget (EU budget).

- As same as point number 3, 4, 6 and:- Project management / involving 2 million pound budget (EU budget)- The project aimed to take part in additional extracurricular didactic and compensatory classes- Special needs pupils for the poorest areas, inefficient educational- Endangered social pathologies, as well as students with the lowest with the lowest attainment education counselling from all primary schools.

- Organizing of routes and loads for HGV with capacity of 32 tons.

- Verification and evaluation of credit documentation, both in content and form- Organization and conducting training for financial intermediaries, regarding the procedures and specificity of each financial product.

- Cooperation during the creation and negotiation with the trade inions the Remuneration Regulations.
