In co-ordination with the Scotland based leadership team, my team worked on creating statistical models to better forecast the revenues from the dwindling home loan segment of the wider business.While working in this position, I independently came up with the idea of a reverse mortgage, which is a sympathetic sustainable model of home loans underwriting, if banks allow for longer mortgage horizons.
