• Handling Global CBE Documentation & Procedural updates.• Responsible for preparing and reviewing Business Analysis to the Head of Department (MIS Reports, Utilization etc).• Responsible for Client Dealing (Customer Relationship Management). • Managing smooth process of certificate issuance.• Liable to take appropriate decisions for issuance of operational forms (suspension/concession/withdrawal) related to certified clients & update status to International authorize affiliates.• Handling AQA Applaud (Online Global Server), Back Office System Solution - BOSS (Oracle + Java), Certnet (Managing KPI).• Facilitator of other International Affiliates in Planning (Such as): SGS Mauritius, SGS Gulf, SGS UK, SGS Australia, SGS Bangladesh, SGS Egypt, SGS Ghana, SGS Netherlands etc.• Handling Key Accounts of SGS Pakistan (Such as): Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Engro Group, Pakistan Petroleum Limited, IFFCO, Gul Ahmed, The Aga Khan Hospital & Health Care Services etc.
