CurrentPerform risk-based supervision on Pension Funds in Indonesia. I am responsible for overseeing and regulating pension funds. In addition, I am ensuring the proper functioning, financial stability, and compliance of pension funds with relevant laws and regulations.- Evaluating the performance of pension funds based on key metrics such as financial stability, investment returns- Ensuring that pension funds adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with investment guidelines and restrictions to protect the interests of pension fund members- Evaluating The implementation of risk management- Overseeing actuarial reviews to assess the adequacy of pension fund assets and liabilities- Promoting recommendations to pension funds for better governance and risk management- Promoting and putting into practice good pension fund governance values and principles- Reviewing financial statements, audits, and other reports submitted by pension funds- Imposing penalties or sanctions on pension funds that violate regulations or fail to meet required standards- Collaborating with other financial regulatory bodies, government agencies, and institutions to ensure a cohesive and effective regulatory framework- Responsible on on-site examination of pension funds to assess their operations and compliance.
