I have more than 45 years of experience in network engineering, RF systems, product design, wireless network design, configuration, security, and interference mitigation. Pain point assessment and mitigation. I was the senior network engineer responsible for the MSP wireless utility for educational, municipal, healthcare and commercial account. This included ITC’s, public districts and enterprise customers with over 65k clients, 4k+ infrastructure devices, and 100+ school districts., I was the lead engineer involved in the design and configuration of my organizations largest wireless network infrastructure engagements. Optimization of KPI's and root mean cause analysis of wireless network performance issues have been responsibilities in my engagements. Highlights of my experience include the design and implementation of a wireless voice/data/LBS network. I functioned as the principal wireless engineer for the largest healthcare organization in Northeast Ohio. I have designed and implemented redundant network infrastructures for both scalability and survivability. Design of secure wireless P2P / multi-point bypass and backhaul network design solutions which included remote office connectivity, network security, and surveillance for both private and public safety customers.
