Implement new operation standards to meet KPI objectives. Introduce Lean Manufacturing to reduce operational costs. Update internal manufacturing operations to increase stock. Continue to update Health and Safety standards across the operation. Upgrade machinery function for increasing operational requirements. Create a clear understanding of day by day production process and implement change to better operation demands. Work close with EQC for plant repairs and schedule a plan for scope of work requirements. Look at plant layout and make improvements where necessary for reduction of none productive hours. Improve internal ordering systems to align with production scheduling. New employee planning for migrant employees, accommodation, banking and support systems for employee needs.

Improve productivity across entire area of production (originally 1 - 2 containers a month increased to 6 -15) fully loaded containers for supply across Australia and New Zealand. Introduce a maintenance schedule to reduce down time due to break downs. Implement production schedule to conform with product to reduce repetitive work in a working month. Work with local companies for new progressive die design when implementing new products. Negotiate with local steel companies for purchasing purposes. Work with administration team, change internal data sheets, create a schedule base system to optimize production. Work with production staff, learn Chinese culture and understand a different approach to manufacturing compared to western approach. Negotiate new contracts and interview new employee prospects as business continues to grow. Restore operations to 100% capacity when business zone flooded to waste height across the entire operation (happened twice). Our company decided to relocate business to new building site, develop lay-out principles for operation requirements. Work with local business when moving equipment and designing administration offices and reception area. QC new materials and ensure they are with in Australian and New Zealand standards. Teach staff health and safety measures with in our operational standards. Purchase new machinery for plant and new division in Cambodia.
