About Shane Wiremu

My philosophy in life is to work smart, I believe in running ahead of situations not solving continuous problems as they happen. It is important to be aware of your environment this way you establish structure which continues to move a business forward. I always manage to keep both feet firmly planted to the ground and ensure I lead by example. My career has seen me move across New Zealand - Australia - China and back to my grass roots New Zealand. Every day brings a different challenge, as a manager you must always be able to handle pressure and never allow your personal emotions to over come your professional manor. My main strength is my ability to analyse a situation, resolve and move forward, my communication is with clarity. Having a manufacturing background has certainly helped me develop my career and have a better understanding of production in general, especially when you are looking from a senior managers perspective.
