Submitting invoices in a timely manner and manage cheque distribution to vendorsMaintaining conference room bookings and arrange luncheons for meetings. Booking local and international couriers and maintaining a log of incoming and outgoing couriers. Assisting the Office Manager with facilities management. Assisting the Legal Assistants and Accounts team with overflow of scanning, printing, photocopying, filing of documents. Managing highly sensitive and confidential documents. Arranging car parking spaces, building access cards for new team members.Assist with the on boarding of new team members. Booking and recording of cars and taxi maintaining a log to assign to client matter numbers upon receipt of invoice
