I was trained up for 3 years by one of the most attractive hypermarkets in retail business and taught how to successfully manage the entire process of selling FMCG at POS.In my third year of traineeship, I was privileged to lead a food team of around 20 employees and able to acquire my first experience of leadership. As a result, I was determined to follow a career in that branch.After successfully graduating (96% overall performance) and becoming an outstanding customer-oriented sales person, I then left the company to experience the advantages and downsides of the discount sector.After working a further three years as a branch deputy manager for one of the leading global players in the industry, I had acquired all the necessary skills and experience to make my next successful move: Zurich, Switzerland.Having now worked in the same position for the Swiss subsidiary of the company and experienced the most heterogenous composition of customer origin ever, I consider it is time for a further change.I am grateful for everything I have been taught and been able to learn about the retail business. I have also taken time for reflection.With newly acquired awareness of my strengths and weaknesses, my talents and interests and, most importantly, my intrinsic values, I now wish to use my deep passion for helping others to assist people in becoming happier and more successful in their own lives.
