• Report directly to the CEO • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures• Senior Executive liaison and support • Assist Senior management with travel arrangements, lodging • Manage relationships with all C level Executives and Royals • Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends• Works with the Strategic Initiatives team in coordinating the CEO's outreach activities • Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and supports the relationships • Serve as a liaison with staff, suppliers and clients • Supervise and coordinate all Governmental procedures • Assist in Business Development by contacting prospects and coordinate meetings for the Development Management team
