Managing engineering and vendor coordination for EIT packages in parallel.• Co-wrote subcontract award, with detailed responsibility matrix/flexible BOQ taking unit rates for all possible scenarios to ensure favourable execution conditions, protecting company’s interest post-award.• Achieved 68% reduction in package cost.Role: Project Manager based in Sriracha, Thailand (Sept 2019 – May 2021)Project: USD9M EPC Subcontract for 230kV/115kV Switchyard comprising One New Substation with Power Transformer (Greenfield) and Modification of Existing Substation (Brownfield) from Single Bus to Breaker and a Half arrangement • Directed major specialised EPC contractor, Siemens though end to end project stages.• Led engineering team through major modifications post award.• Managed delivery through COVID-19 lockdowns in China & Europe, working with client to move equipment testing to site to ensure on time delivery. • Achieved major delivery improvement - delivered in 17 months, 3 months ahead.• Negotiated reciprocal cost savings of zero-cost for 3 major change orders due to strong subcontractor relationship.

Significant ProjectsPetrofac DSME Consortium USD4B UZ750 Project Role: Project Manager for Cathodic Protection, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Mar 2017 – Sept 2019)Project: USD15M Cathodic Protection of UG Piping, Well Casings, Concrete Structures including Remote Monitoring Systems• Led Petrofac Engineering & Procurement team and Supervising Vendor deliverables for one of world’s largest Cathodic Protection Systems in offshore environment with both greenfield and brownfield interfaces. • Turned around 2-year delayed project to completion, despite security restrictions not allowing physical presence at site. Concurrently secured significant back-charge claims from vendor.Role: Yard Manager in Dynamac Yard, based in Singapore (Apr 2015 – Mar 2017)Project: USD180M EPC Contract for modular buildings/units and installation on islands to increase production capacity to 750k BOPD• Led 13-member Petrofac Engineering & Fabrication supervision team for 12 Pre-Assembled Units and 12 Modular Technical Rooms subcontracted by consortium partner DSME to Dyna-Mac Singapore and Siemens Indonesia, driving completion of works and ensuring coordinated commissioning and servicemen efficiency. • Delivered commercial cost incurred for back-charging consortium partner and vendors.• Took on additional task of leading liquidation of carry-over works for Petrofac Vendors from UAE to Singapore for 3 Gas Lift and Gas Export modules COMART (80,000 manhours). Signicant ProjectsPetrofac GS JV USD4B Ruwais 4th NGL Train Project (JI-197) Role: Building Project Manager, based in Al-Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Oct 2011 – Apr 2013)Project: USD9.8M Construction Phase for greenfield development of 4th NGL Train and integration with brownfield for 1st, 2nd and 3rd NGL Train for GASCO• Led ergonomic design of High-End Main Control Room; spearheaded subcontracting strategy, introducing 25 working interfaces. • Implemented novel solutions to promote optimum work execution e.g. wide-span multi-tier scaffolding design, centralized temporary HVAC arrangement. Optimised size of Pre-Assembled Units by <30%, leading to cost savings in equipment and transportation.• Turned around 6-month delayed project to create unique architecture with significant cost savings. Officially opened by UAE’s Oil Minister.
