Responsibilities: • Ensure the facilities and events adhere to the policies and procedures of the venue appropriately and safely. • Work hand in hand with critical stakeholders of the event, mitigating and providing help and guidance to resolve the issues that might occur during an event. • Oversee hiring personnel (entertainment, services, contractors) to ensure the safety and appropriate ways of their operation.• Collaboratively work across all precincts and coordinate all operations in the venue to ensure a satisfactory working experience and the best outcome of an event.• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the facility, including the appropriate waste disposal and management manner.
