Reporting to Warehouse & Logistic Manager The core purpose of the job is to ensure:a. The safe and accurate dispatching of all orders and stock transport orders to customers and outside warehouses on time in full processed in SAP b. To ensure ware are picked from the correct BIN in SAP at all times – ensuring SAP balance back to physical stock at all timesc. To receive packaging from Central packaging daily and forward paperwork to stores for capturing within 24hours.d. Maintaining FIFO system at all times during pickinge. To ensure all quality related stock are not picked and dispatched to customersf. To adhere to any special instructions for dispatching from QA g. Responsible to maintain a working and practical housekeeping plant h. Work close with SHESO on all relevant stacking requirements and execution of suchi. Submit daily damage report to LM – ensure stock are moved to relevant location within SAP and on floorj. To create an efficient working environment through clear communicationk. Assist with stock counts l. Ensure that all stock placements are done daily.m. Adhere to any reasonable instructionsn. All trucks loading food bottles must be tarped when leaving the warehouse.Management of the warehouse staff
